Silver Springs - Martin Luther School has responded to the needs of children and families in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties for 150 years. Family Resource Services (FRS) was created in 1998 to formalize Silver Springs' commitment to a continuum of care that begins when a child and family first enter its programs and remains constant and available for as long as they wish. Clients may be referred to FRS from the Residential Treatment Program, the Foster Family Care Program and Luther School. Any child or family who has been associated with Silver Springs is eligible.
Family Resource Services assists clients in accessing critical services in their own communities. FRS represents Silver Springs' focused response, on a case-by case basis, to those extenuating circumstances that can debilitate a family and, consequently, jeopardize the well-being of a child.
You too can provide direct assistance to children and families through the Family Resource Fund by contacting the Development Office at 610-825-4440 EXT 209.
